Emily Bolon
EMILY BOLON, Senior Advisor at Lax Sebenius LLC is a recognized investor and entrepreneur with an executive background in waste management, green transition, and resource efficiency. She co-founded and served as CEO of Looper Textile. Co., an industrial company owned by H&M Group and by REMONDIS. Before that, she was Group Head of Commercial at H&M Group and also served as Board Director and Board Advisor to textile industry innovators Worn Again Technologies and TreeToTextile.
Among other earlier roles, Emily headed up the energy efficiency team of BP, where she also led the advancement of large-scale cleantech investments. She spent more than five years with the company, including serving in the Response Command Center during the Deepwater Horizon/Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
Emily is currently engaged in a variety of activities related to deal-making, scaling businesses, and negotiation. She is a Senior Advisor to the renowned negotiation firm Lax Sebenius. She also coaches several scale-ups in Sweden and is personally active in the hospitality sector as the owner of a café on the island of Gotland.
Emily received an MBA from the Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and an undergraduate degree from Brown University. She lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
